Cancellation Policy

Simply Flourished Co. strives to provide excellent care to you and all of our clients. In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have an Appointment Cancellation Policy in place. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is set aside for you and if it's missed, that time cannot be used to treat another client. By booking an appointment with Simply Flourished Co., our clients agree to adhere to this policy. 

 

Our policy is as follows:

We require 48 hours advance notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for others to be scheduled into that appointment. If you miss an appointment within 48 hours, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a charge of the full-service amount. Additionally, if a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and the full amount of service will be charged.
