What began as a personal journey to understand and heal my own skin slowly became something much bigger, a practice rooted in the belief that our skin is connected to how we feel, how we live, and how we care for ourselves.

My approach has also been shaped by the women who came before me. My grandmothers each carried their own kind of wisdom—one through natural remedies and working with what the earth provided, the other through intuition, dreams, and a deep sensitivity to the things we can't always see. I think I've carried pieces of both of them into the way I work today.

As a holistic skin therapist and formulator, I bring those traditions into a modern practice through facial reflexology, massage, intuitive touch, and botanical skincare.

I make my products by hand in small batches using whole plants, many sourced from local farms that care deeply for the land. Ingredients are given time to steep and infuse slowly, sometimes for weeks or months, before becoming the oils and preparations I use both in the treatment room and at home.

My facials follow the same philosophy. Rather than trying to correct or fight the skin, I work with the body to encourage circulation, release tension, support the skin barrier, and create space for the nervous system to soften.

But I don't believe wellness has to be all or nothing.

We live modern lives. We get stressed, skip routines, change our minds, try different things and do our best. Caring for yourself shouldn't require perfection—it can simply be something you return to.

Whether that's a few quiet minutes with an oil at the end of the day or time spent in the treatment room, my hope is that this practice helps you feel a little more connected to yourself and a lot more at home in your skin.

I want you to flourish, simply.
